I'm fine. Thanks for asking. And yes, I'm pretty cool. SO cool, in fact, that I had lunch with David and Kerri 12 years ago in NYC. I was a big fan so I emailed David and asked him to lunch. He tried to get you to come but he said that you said, "No… I'm not doing that." But it's all good. I turned out okay anyway.
