Congratulations to our good friend Kumail, who appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel" last night. I, of course, did not watch but I am told he did a great job. Our other writer Jessi sent him a bottle of champagne from all of us, which I thought was an extremely kind gesture; it was a gift I especially appreciated giving because I got shared credit but did not chip in.
In other news, my unicorn flu has gotten worse. In addition to my glittery rash and magic phlegm, I now have a little nub in the middle of my forehead. The doctors say if it grows into a horn I may need surgery. Oy.

I cannot stress this enough — this guy is not, and will never be, funny. When I saw that he was going to be a writer on your show a few weeks ago, I was honestly upset.
This video just reaffirms my position on him.

Haha, really funny guy.
His delivery reminds me a bit of Mike Birbiglia.
When Kimmel said he had a hard name to pronounce, he should have come out and started with, "Jarmy Kammels, ladies and gentlemen!"

Saw him in Chicago with you, Michael, and Waveygravy. You were all very funny.

Why in the hell would you get rid of the horn? It would be glorious!
A few dabs of your herpes salve may help with the rash,by the by.

You know, what gets to me is that they just HAVE to say the part about his name being hard to pronounce, just in case they mess it up or something. Sheesh – what the hell is so hard about his name anyway? It has a KU, a MAIL and a NANJIANI. Woooo, big friggin' deal! And if I were hosting a talk show, I sure as hell should know how to pronounce every single person's name who I am announcing/interviewing anyway…except Sho..sha..shi…gibraltar…wait, no, SHOWALTER. Yeah, that one's kinda tough.
Anyways, this 'mail guy is hilarious.

I was almost crying during the Benjamin Button bit…crying because of how much I was laughing, to clarify.
